Delivery Policy

Digital delivery
Heartly Design provides exclusively digital services. No physical delivery is involved. All deliverables are transmitted via shared Figma files, email, Google Drive, or other digital channels agreed with the client.
Delivery formats
- Figma files with components, annotations, and variants
- Exported assets (PNG, SVG, PDF, MP4, Lottie JSON depending on project)
- Brand guidelines documents as PDF
- Developer handoff specs as attachment or Figma link
Sprint timelines

Start prerequisites
The sprint starts when we have received the completed brief, access to any required platforms, and project approval from both parties. Delays caused by missing this information push back the sprint start date without liability to Heartly Design.
Delays
If an unexpected delay occurs on our part, the client will be notified within 24 hours with a new estimated delivery date. If the delay exceeds 50% of the expected sprint duration due to our fault, the client is entitled to a credit of 10% of the order value.
