A sprint is a fixed time block dedicated entirely to your project. During a Quick Sprint (3 days) or Design Sprint (1 week), we work on nothing else. You get progress updates daily and have a direct line to ask questions. At the end of the sprint, the deliverable is done. There are no monthly retainers, no ambiguous ongoing arrangements.

Design only. Every project ends with Figma files, exported assets, and developer specifications. We work with development teams all the time and know how to write handoff documentation that actually gets implemented correctly. If you need a developer, we can point you toward people we trust.

Yes. If the scope turns out to be larger than anticipated, we can book a follow-up sprint. We discuss this openly at the midpoint of the project so there are no surprises at the end. We do not add charges without your agreement.

Yes. All of our work is delivered digitally. We have clients across Italy, in other European countries, and occasionally further. The sprint format works well remotely because it is built around fixed deliverables, not ongoing meetings.

A completed brief, any existing assets (logos, brand files, existing designs), access to any platforms you need us to design for, and someone available to give feedback daily. The sprint works because both sides are committed to moving fast.

If a sprint has not started (no discovery call held, no brief received), the deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of payment. Once a sprint begins, the deposit covers the time already worked and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is not charged on cancellation after start.
