Design Systems
UX work for apps and platforms is different from website design. The problems are more complex, the edge cases multiply quickly, and the cost of getting it wrong is paid by users every single time they encounter a problem. We treat it as a different discipline, which it is.
We start with whatever user research is available. If there is none, we identify the quickest ways to gather useful signals before starting to design. This might be a set of structured interviews, reviewing support tickets, or mapping existing user flows and noting where people drop off.
The design work follows from that. Flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI design across all states, a component library, accessibility annotations, and a prototype you can test with real users before anything is built. We stay involved through implementation to make sure what gets built actually matches what was designed.
