By using this site or placing an order you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept, please do not proceed with a purchase.

3. Nature of Services

All services offered by Heartly Design are delivered entirely in digital format. No physical delivery is involved. Deliverables are transmitted via email, shared Figma links, Google Drive, or other agreed channels.

4. Sprint model

Services are structured as fixed-time sprints (Quick Sprint 3 days, Design Sprint 1 week, Studio Sprint 2 weeks). The sprint duration, deliverables, and included revision rounds are specified in the package description at the time of purchase.

5. Payments

All prices are in Euros (EUR). Full payment is required at the time of order via Stripe. We do not store credit card data.

6. Intellectual Property

All project files (Figma files, drafts, concepts) remain the property of Heartly Design until full payment is complete. On full payment, commercial usage rights transfer to the client. Heartly Design reserves the right to show completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Heartly Design is not liable for any commercial losses arising from use of delivered materials. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Roma have jurisdiction for any dispute.
