How every sprint works.
Every project follows the same four-phase pattern. Not because we are rigid, but because this structure is what makes the work fast without becoming chaotic.
Every project starts with a proper brief. We ask specific questions about your goals, your audience, what currently exists, and what has or has not worked before. Most clients find this stage surprisingly useful because it forces clarity on things that were previously assumed.
Before opening Figma we build a creative strategy. Visual references, positioning, tone, and the decisions that will guide every design choice downstream. Getting this right means the design work is faster, more aligned, and requires fewer revisions.
The design work happens in focused sprints. You see real progress quickly, not a finished product six weeks later. We share work at natural checkpoints, take feedback clearly, and move fast between rounds. The design process should feel like a collaboration, not a black box.
Everything your team needs to build or implement: organised Figma files, exported assets, component documentation, developer specs, and any motion or animation files. We stay available after delivery because real-world implementation always throws up questions.
We don't disappear at delivery.
Every sprint includes a post-delivery support window. Quick Sprint: 0 post-delivery (everything is delivered during the sprint). Design Sprint: 14 days email support. Studio Sprint: 30 days email support plus a review session.
You can add additional hourly support to any package. Support hours cover revisions, implementation questions, or small changes after delivery.
